I was disappointed that they only won 1-0 against Malta... and how they thwarted a 2-0 lead against host country Germany to tie 2-2. Ah wells.

And the Japanese unofficial mascot is so cute! XD It has brought the team luck since 2002...
So, I'm swept with World Cup fever. That would explain why I didn't realise that it had started last night until this morning when I read the Yahoo!HK news.
That is probably also why I feel like I would rather sleep than stay up in the freezing cold to watch a ball be kicked left and right. I am feeling the World Cup fever... that's for sure =)
