Day 1:
Depart Sydney - 3pm
Newcastle - 5pm
Port Macquarie dinner - 9:30pm
Arrive Coffs Harbour - 11:30pm
Day 2:
Driving and running around in the rain on the beaches north of Coffs Harbour
Big Banana - it's not really as big as you would have thought. I expected something much more massive...
Buying bananas - they are extraordinarily cheap to buy... only $5 a bag (bargain $4 on day 5) for ~15 small sugar bananas.

Jetskiing at Park Beach
Chilling at Southside of Jetty Beach
Day 4:
White-water rafting on the Nymboida river - the best
Day 5:
Diving off South Solitary Island - sensational being right next to a wreck and seeing sharks, fish and turtles =D

Port Macquarie stopover - final destination before heading back to Sydney, and damn, Port people are really rude.
