人大常委會今天早上(09:00HKT)投票表決的香港政改決議，消息指，人大將否決2012雙普選，但2017先普選特首....
The National People's Congress (NPC) of the People's Republic of China has decided in a vote at 09:00HKT that "dual" universal suffrage, that is the democratic election of Hong Kong's Chief Executive and Legislative Council in full, will not occur in 2012. The NPC said that the democratic election of the Chief Executive and of the Legislative Council in full may occur in 2017 and 2020 respectively if the conditions are right.
