  1. London (largest financial market trade volume in the world)
  2. Hong Kong (best business centre in the world and sophisticated infrastructure)
  3. New York (second largest economy in the world)
  4. Tokyo (most populous and largest economy in the world)
  5. Chicago
  6. Seoul
  7. Paris (largest European economy)
  8. Los Angeles
  9. Shanghai
  10. Toronto
The cities were judged based on their GDP and growth in GDP, legal and political framework, economic stability, the ease of doing business, the financial flow, convenience as a business center, information flow and livability as well as living expenses and earnings.
