This story wasn't really followed much by the western media, but for those that don't already know- it was a proud moment for the Chinese people yesterday at 04:11 (local time) when China became only the third country behind the United States and the former Soviet Union to ever walk in space.Shenzhou VII (神舟七號) is China's third rocket entry into space after Shenzhou V (神舟五號) in 2003. The national hero was Yang Liwei (楊利偉) being the first Chinese person in space. Now it's Zhai Zhigong's (翟志剛) entry into Chinese spacetravel folklore for being the first Chinese person to do the moonwalk.
