It has come to my attention that today is also a day known as "Singles Awareness Day" (acronym: SAD) for those single people that proclaim that being single can be just as happy and should also be as celebrated as being in a relationship.So to all those single people out there- happy SAD! Those Taiwanese in the photo have taken SAD to an unnecessary level: poster translation: "go die couples".
To me it will just be another ordinary day which will involve: sleeping, watching TV, going out and getting some stuff, cleaning up and eating. All things that I like to do, all things that are recession-friendly, carefree and lacking in brain usage, and things I would not be swapping to do anything else. Satisfaction guaranteed. Most importantly it is of course the weekend, so relaxing is the way to go, not stressing over artificially commercialised yearly professions of love.
Everyone else can stress while I relax. What a day!

hey, it's another one of those days in the year where all the singles sit back, heat up a bowl of popcorn and laugh as all the coupled up men out there stress out about what to do and whether their girlfriend/wife/partner is gonna freak out about: a) whether the rose arrangement is beautiful/expensive/large enough, b) how her V-day compares to those of her friends/workmates/family, c) whether her bf/husband/partner has actually planned anything for the day.
And days like this make you appreciate just how great it is to be single. :) *cracks open the bubbly* happy SAD to all singles!!: :P
